Matt Hamilton.   

Matt brings senior-level leadership and large-scale technology management experience to Signal Creek, gained at both major enterprises and at Value Added Resellers. Matt’s technical and management skill-set spans installation, configuration, support, performance tuning and troubleshooting for a wide-variety of enterprise IT environments – from storage management and databases, to a variety of OS platforms and enterprise applications.  Matt has helped VARs establish some of the leading 24x7 support centers in the industry, gaining new revenue and better customer relationships for partners.

Andrew Miller.

Andrew’s expertise in information systems management spans email archiving, project management, network infrastructure, and storage management; and he is considered by Symantec Consulting Services to be one of the top Enterprise Vault Consultants in the industry.  Andrew’s leadership has been trusted to solve major IT operations problems with data center infrastructure, including physical layout, procurement and network / system design, and also IT performance and compliance initiatives including disaster recovery, data lifecycle management and PCI compliance.

Peter Smith.

Pete’s technical leadership has delivered results for major government, health care and technology service organizations in the US and Europe.  Pete is recognized for his knowledge of storage architectures and systems; and he’s helped Signal Creek’s VAR and SI partners create long-term value for enterprise clients by designing, implementing and operating support practices for storage systems, MS Exchange and UNIX based clusters, and performance tuning initiatives.  Pete provides expert level monitoring and technical support solutions for our SI and VAR partners.
